Social Justice and Advocacy
The Residence Hall Association aims to make the dorms an inclusive, safe environment for folks of all identities and walks of life. We understand that residential life as well as life on campus can be stressful. Along with residential life, its important to know that campus as well other sources provide outlets and resources for you all.
One way that we do that is through social justice education and advocacy. Join us in our mission, starting with the resources below!
What's going on right now
Our goal is to provide a platform for resources and education of initiatives that we want to recognize. However, this does not include everything and we want to make sure to do our best to highlight the most of what we can. If you would like to see or highlight anything, please feel free to reach out and contact us! We're here for you.

What does advocacy look like?
While RHA can provide and market resources for residents - it's important to know that you all can contribute to campus and residential life whether its sharing resources, contributing to community spaces, or even talking to others can be beneficial. Advocacy comes in all shapes and forms. The most important thing to note is that you're voice is important - if you have questions, concerns or need any aid reach out to your hall council, your Graduate Community Director or Community Director, your Resident and Desk Assistants, your advisor(s) and more.
